Central District Health Department (CDHD) will be partnering with Meridian Joint School District to provide H1N1 flu vaccine to students in the district. CDHD will be coming to your child's school this fall for a one time vaccination clinic. The date and time has not yet been determined but informational packets with consent forms will be made available closer to the date of the clinic for your child's school. This vaccine is not mandatory for your child, but having your child vaccinated will help to prevent the spread of flu in the school setting. If you would like to have your child vaccinated against H1N1 flu but do not want the vaccination done in the school setting, other options will be available.
